• We pay freight back to the warehouse

Conditions:

• Item can only be exchanged for a different size of the same model
• Must be purchased with item at time of original order
• Claims must be made 10 days of receipt by customer
• Old item must be sent back within 10 days of claiming Perfect Fit or customer will be charged full price for replacement
• Shoes must be in new condition (no lane wear) and returned in original shoe box and an outer box
• Limit one return for new size
• Shoe must be purchased from Hookedonbowling.com
• Only available to customers that live in the Continental United States
• Orders in the month of December will have until 10 days after Christmas to send the shoes back

SHOE PROTECTION PLAN: ($5.95)

If during the first year of normal use, your new shoes are damaged due to a manufacturing defect in workmanship or materials, Hookedonbowling.com will replace your shoes free of charge.

• Insurance must be purchased at time of order
