We will help you with returned merchandise if you follow the simple steps below:
Hookedonbowling.com cannot be held responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to us from a customer. For this reason, please be sure to use a shipping method for your return that has tracking.
1. Merchandise must be returned by you in protective packaging IN ADDITION TO THE MANUFACTURER'S PACKAGING, within 21 days of receipt.
2.With the exception of shoes exchanged for a different size, a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges (15% of the cost of the item; for example $50 item = $7.50, $100 item = $15, and so on). For exchanges within the
United States (excluding
Hawaii,
Alaska, and US controlled territories), we will pay the shipping charges to ship out the replacement item.
3. The form printed from our website for your return must be returned with the merchandise.
4. If a customer refuses a package with the shipping company (FEDEX, UPS, USPS) without being authorized by hookedonbowling.com to do so, and the contents of the package being refused are identical to the items ordered by the customer, hookedonbowling.com reserves the right to charge to the customer any fees incurred by the said shipping company.
5. Merchandise must be unused/undrilled, and in the same condition it was shipped to you.
6. IF YOU PURCHASED SHOES, please try on your new shoes on a DRY CLEAN SURFACE, to make sure they fit correctly. We CANNOT accept return or exchange shoes that have been used or worn on the lanes. SHOES MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION TO BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
7. Books may not be returned or exchanged. All book sales are final unless the merchandise is damaged on arrival or the wrong product is delivered. Videos may be returned or exchanged with good reason if the product is still in its original plastic wrapping. If the item is returned other than in its original packaging, hookedonbowling.com has the right to charge the customer for the product and shipping and send the product back to the customer.
8. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discontinued or closeout merchandise.
9. Customized items, such as apparel, cannot be returned or exchanged.
10. After receiving and confirming the condition of the returned merchandise hookedonbowling.com will gladly credit your account or send out the exchange product. If the return form is not properly completed, the processing of your return/exchange will be delayed.
11. Perfect Fit labels can only be used for authorized Perfect Fit returns. Use of the label to send back any other items will result in a charge from hookedonbowling.com for shipping charges as calculated at UPS.com.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
All items are covered by the original manufacturers' warranties. See their terms and conditions and call hookedonbowling.com before returning any merchandise to hookedonbowling.com.
Defective merchandise returned for warranty can only be exchanged for the same item. No credit will be given for warranty exchange.
