Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday before 2 pm Pacific daylight time will be processed that day. Orders placed after 2 pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday. In the event of a delay of more that three business days, hookedonbowling.com will contact you either by phone or email. We ship from multiple locations, hookeodonbowling.com cannot guarantee delivery times. Actual transit times can vary from one to ten business days for UPS ground. UPS guarantees delivery times for next day, second day, and third day select. When selecting these services, please note that weekends, holidays and the actual day that the product ships does not count in transit time. Only business days that UPS ships count towards these guarantees. Example: (UPS 3rd Day Select) Order placed after 2 pm EST on Wednesday will ship on Thursday. The first day in transit would be Friday, the second day would be Monday, with the package arriving on Tuesday, the 3rd day.

Note: If your tracking number does not work please try again later. We assign tracking numbers as we fill orders, therefore UPS may not have scanned your package even though we processed your order. Your Tracking number will be trackable once UPS picks up and scans your package.

International Orders

Given hookedonbowling.com ships from multiple locations, international orders will be combined to reduce the number of packages. Hence, international orders complete shipment will occur within 5-7 business days after the order is placed (payment received).
